?For Chicken Marination
?1.Chicken With Bones (1,1/2K)
?2.Salt 1/4tsp
?3.Red Chilli Powder 1/2tsp
?4.Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp
?5.Coriander Powder 1/2tsp
?6.Hang Curd 2_3Tbsp
✅️For Gravy

?1.Onion 1Large in Size
?2.Garlic Cloves 4_5Pcs
?3.Ginger 1Pc Small
?4.Almonds 10_15Pcs
?5.Tomato 1Pc
?6.Green Chilli 3_4Pcs
?7.Olive Oil 1/2Cup
?8.Yogurt 1Cup
✅️Spice Powder

?1.Salt 1/2tsp
?2.Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
?3.Turmeric Powder 1/4tsp
?4.Coriander Powder 1/2tsp
?5.Cummin Powder 1/2tsp
?6.All Spices Powder 1/4tsp
?7.Cream 1Cup
✅️Direction

?1.Take a Bowl add Marination Spices in it and Marinate the Chicken for 30mins.
?2.Take a Woke,Add Oil, ,Onion,Garlic,Ginger,Almond, Green Chilli and Tomato in it and fry it for 3_4mins untill Onion are Translucent and Set Aside on a plate to Cool.
?3.Once Cooled, add these into blender and blend it with Yogurt into a Smooth Paste.
?4.In Same Woke add Marinated Chicken and Fry it both sides untill golden in Color.
?5.Then add Onion Almond Paste in it .Now add Spice Powder and Cook it on low heat for 10mins till the oil saparates.
?6.Add 100ml water and Cook it 15mins till the Chicken Pieces are Tender.
?7.Remove the lid and Add Fresh Cream in it.Give a mix and Cook for another 4_5mins till Oil Saparates.

✅️Tawa Naan Ingredients
⬇️
?1.All Purpose Flour 2Cups
?2.Milk Powder 2Tbsp
?3.Baking Powder 1/2
?4.Baking Soda 1/4
?5.Yogurt 3Tbsp
?6.Lukewarm Milk Or Water as required
?7.Salt 1/2tsp
?8.Sugar 1tsp
?9.Olive Oil 2Tbsp
?10.Sesame Seeds

⬇️
?1.Take a Bowl add All ingredients in it and Knead it with milk.
?2.Knead a Fine dough and Cover it with Damph Clothes.Rest it for 2_3 hrs.
?3.After that Make a Bolls and Roll it with Rolling pin and Mark with Naan maker.
?4.Cook it as Video Cordination.
