Title: Chicken Malai Tikka Without Oven I Chicken Malai Tikka Recipe I Chicken Malai Kabab Restaurant Style I Murg Malai Tikka

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken leg: 750 gm

First Marination:

– Salt: To taste
– Coriander Powder:1 tsp
– White pepper powder: 1 tsp
– Garam masala: ½ tsp
– Chaat masala: ½ tsp
– Ginger garlic paste: 1 ½ tbsp
– Green chillies: 6 (crushed)
– Lemon juice: 1/2

Curd Cream mixture:

– Curd: 300gm (hung)
– Fresh Cream: 4 tbsp
– Processed cheese: 3 tbsp (grated)

Other Ingredients:

– Corn flour: 2 tbsp
– Oil: 2 tbsp + 3 tbsp for frying
– Skewer: 6-8

Description:
1. Wash chicken and drain water
2. Add all ingredients (as listed in first marination), and mix well
3. In a bowl add curd, cream and cheese and mix well, add chicken mixture to it and mix well, keep it in refrigerator for marination for 30 minutes
4. Add corn flour and oil to the marinated chicken and mix well
5. Insert the chicken pieces to the skewer
6. In a pan heat oil on medium flame and place chicken skewers in it, cook for 2-3 minutes and flip the sides, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Take out chicken skewers from the pan and roast on medium flame (till u get brown marks on tikka)
8. Chicken Malai tikka is ready to serve
