Chicken Manchurian Written Recipe With Directions:

Ingredients:

-Chicken Boneless breast piece cubes ½ Kg
-Salt (namak) ¼ tsp
-Red chili flakes (Adh khuti lal mirch) 1 tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Vinegar (Sirka) 1 ½ tbs
-Corn flour 3 tbs
-Egg (anda) 1
-Cooking oil for deep fry
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
-Garlic (lehsan) cloves chopped 5-6
-Chili garlic tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Chili sauce 2 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 3-4 tbs
-Sugar (cheeni) 1 tbs
-Red chili flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) ¼ tsp
-Capsicum without seeds (shimla mirch) cubes 1
-Onion (piyaz) cubes 1 big size
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ¼ tsp

Directions:

-In a bowl, add chicken, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, and vinegar. Mix well and marinate it for 10-15 minutes.
-Now, add corn flour and egg. Mix well.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
-Add chicken, and don’t stir the spoon for 2-3 minutes.
-Deep fry the chicken for a total of 7-8 minutes
-Bring out the chicken, cover and set aside.
-In another pan, add cooking oil and heat it on high flame.
-Add garlic and cook it for a few seconds.
-Add chili garlic sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well and cook it for a few seconds on high flame.
-Add sugar and red chili flakes. Mix well and cook.
-Add capsicum and onion. Mix well and cook it for 1 minute on high flame.
-Add the fried chicken. Mix well and cook.
-In a bowl, add 1 tbs corn flour and ½ cup water. Mix well.
-Now, add dissolved corn flour as needed, mix well, and cook until it thickens.
-Add black pepper powder. Mix well and cook.
-Dish out, serve, and enjoy with egg-fried rice.
