Ingredients
For marination
Chicken: 1kg
Curd / Dahi: 2 tablespoon
Turmeric/Haldi: 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste / Adrak lasun paste: 2 tablespoon
Salt / Namak: 1 table spoon
Garam masala: 1 tablespoon
Other Ingredients
Onion/ Pyaj: 3 to 4
Tomatoes / Tamatar: 2
Ginger Garlic and green chilie paste / adrak lehsun aur hari mirch paste: 2 tablespoon
Khada Masala
Bay leaf/ Tej patta: 1
Cinnamon / Dalchini: 1 stick
Black pepper / Kali mirch: 4
Cloves/ Lavang: 4
Star Anise / chakra phool: 1
Powdered Masala
Red chile powder / lal mirch powder : 1 tablespoon, you can put more if you wish
Turmeric powder / Haldi: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt/ Namak : 1/2 tablespoon
note salt is already there in marination
Coriander powder / Dhaniya Power: 1 tablespoon
Chicken Powder: 2 to 3 tablespoon
Oil/ Tel: 3 tablespoon
Coriander / Dhaniya patta for garnishing
Let’s begin
put oil in a pan, add khade masale one oil get heated up. saute for few seconds before you add onion, saute till it turns light brownish. Now add ginger garlic paste, coock well till oil oose out. Then add tomatoes and garam masala, mix well, cook till oil start getting Seprate from masala.
now add marinated chicken to it. cook for few mins then cover the lid. after five mins you will see chicken leaves its own water. Adjust the consistency by adding water as per your wish and add some dhaniya powder.
cover the lid and cook untill chicken starts gettig Seprate from bone. you can also pressure cook untill one whistle…garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and you are done!
