Ingredients for a simple chicken omelette recipe:
Boneless chicken (boiled) – 1/2cup
Eggs – 3 (3egg whites & 2 egg yolks)
Onion (pyaz) – 1 medium size
Tomato – 1 medium size
Chopped Spring Onion – 3tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves (Hara-Dhaniya) – 1 small Bowl
Green Chili (Hari Mirch) – 2
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2tbsp
How to make a chicken omelette recipe?
Method:
1. Boil the chicken with a little bit of salt and black pepper until tender, keep aside.
2. Now grind boiled chicken pieces, green chilies, and salt into a smooth batter.
3. Next beat eggs and ground chicken mixture well with forks.
4. Heat butter in a skillet, tilt to coat evenly on the pan surface.
5. Saute chopped onion and tomatoes on medium to low heat for 5 min.
6. Finally, add those stir-fried onion tomatoes with the above egg chicken mixture and mix well.
7. Pour the omelet mixture on the buttery pan. Sprinkle some Chaat masala powder and black pepper powder.
8. Let the omelet cook for 5 minutes on low flame or until done.
Remove in a platter, sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, and tomato ketchup. Enjoy breakfast…!
