Then add salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, toss properly and cook for 5 more mins, add mango chutney and remove, cut hotdog buns, toast slightly, spread with mayonnaise, then salad leaves, chicken, cucumber, tomato slices, cover with leftover bun, serve immediately with fries. Chicken Pakora On Skewers: INGREDIENTS Chicken boneless (cube cut) ½ kg Gram flour ½ cup Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Salt to taste Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Egg white 1 Water as required All spice powder ½ tsp Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp METHOD Take a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, all spice powder, chili garlic sauce, sriracha sauce, coriander, corn flour, egg white and water. Then add cube cut chicken and mix properly. Now keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take wooden skewers, thread prepared chicken chunks on wooden skewers. Now heat oil in a pan and fry skewers, until golden brown for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
