Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups marinara sauce
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated garlic breadsticks
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
1. In sauce pan heat olive oil
2. Add 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon dried herbs
3. Stir and let simmer 20 minutes on low heat
4. Line 12” x 8” glass pan with chicken
5. Cover with mozzarella cheese
6. Top with chopped basil
7. Melt butter, combine with 1 teaspoon herbs and 2 garlic cloves
8. Twist 2 breadsticks together then dip in garlic herb butter
9. Cut into 1” pieces, spread over chicken
10. Spread parmesan cheese over bread sticks
11. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
