Green Cardamom= 4
Clove= 4
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Green chilli= 1 tbsp
Onion= 300 gm
Tomato= 200 gm
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp

Tadka: 2
Desi Ghee= 1/3 cup
Fenugreek Seeds= 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds= 1/3 tsp
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tbsp
Green Chilli= 1 tsp
Onion= 1 cup ( daise )
Green Bell Pepper= 1 cup ( daise )
Cashew Nut Paste= 1 cup
Turmeric Powder= 1/5 tsp
Red Chilli Powder= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream= 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves= 2 tbsp
