Chicken Pepper Steak:

Ingredients for steak

Chicken with bone 2 breast
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Wooster shire sauce 1 tbsp
Hp sauce 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Baked potato 1
Boiled vegetables to serve

Ingredients for pepper sauce

Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 2 tsp
Hp sauce 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Stock ½ cup
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Rosemary leaves ½ tsp

Method for sauce
Heat butter, add flour with salt and pepper, add stock, cook till thick, and lastly add fresh cream and rosemary leaves.
Method for steakMarinate chicken with all the given ingredients, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil, grill your chicken pieces for 10 mins until done, add in the pepper sauce, cook for 5 mins, remove in a sizzler, serve garnished with boiled vegetables and baked potato.

Mince and macaroni pie:

Ingredients

Roasted beef mince ½ kg
Macaroni boiled 2- ½ cup
White sauce 3 cups
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Tomato 1 sliced
Capsicum 1 sliced
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

Ingredients for white sauce

Butter 3 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 1- ½ cup
Water 1 -½ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard ½ tsp

Method

Make chatpata keema, boiled macaroni and make with sauce.

To assemble

Spread keema in an oven proof dish, top with boiled macaroni, oregano leaves, spread with prepared white sauce, spread grated cheddar cheese on top, arrange slices of tomatoes and capsicum, sprinkle crush red pepper and bake for 15 mins till cheese melts.

Peach ring:

Ingredients

Evaporated milk chilled 1 tin
Condensed milk chilled 1 tin
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Egg whites 2
Peach pulp 1 ½ cup
Fresh cream whipped 1- ½ cup
Peach essence ½ tsp

Method

Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water and keep aside, beat chilled evaporated milk till double in volume, add condensed milk, gelatin, peach puree, beat egg white stiff, fold in the mixture also fold in the whipped cream and peach essence, pour in a well rinsed ring mould and chill until set, unmold and decorate with whipped cream and peaches.
