Chicken Qeema Paratha Roll
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Chicken qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
Green chutney:
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Mayonnaise 4-5 tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs or as required
Assembling:
-Paratha
-Prepared green chutney
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.
-Add chicken mince and mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add green chilli,tomatoes,salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add lemon juice,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-In a blender jug,add green chillies,garlic,mint leaves,fresh coriander,salt,lemon juice,mayonnaise,water and blend well.
Assembling:
-On paratha,add & spread prepared green chutney,onion rings,prepared chicken qeema filling,roll out paratha & wrap in butter paper (makes 3).
-Serve chicken qeema paratha roll with green chutney & tomato ketchup.

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chicken qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan dal ker ache tarhan aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch,tamatar,namak,haldi powder,zeera,lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Prepare Green Chutney:
-Blender jar mein hari mirchein,lehsan,podina,hara dhania,namak,lemon juice,mayonnaise aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Assembling:
-Paratha per tayyar hari chutney dal ker pheela lein,pyaz rings aur tayyar chicken qeema filling dal ker paratha ko roll karein aur butter paper mein wrap ker lein (makes 3).
-Chicken qeema paratha roll ko hari chutney aur tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
