Chicken Puff pastry casserole
Serving for 6 Persons

Ingredients-
1. Chicken- 600 gm. (preferably chicken Brest with bones)
2. Cream cheese- ½ cup
3. Cottage cheese (Paneer) – ½ cup.
4. Eggs- 2 no.
5. Curd – 2 tbsp.
6. Salt – as per taste
7. Pepper- 1 tbsp.
8. Paprika- 1 tsp.
9. 5 Spices mix – 1 tsp
10. Extra virgin olive oil/ Butter- 2 tbsp.
11. Butter – 50 gm.
12. Onion/Shallot- 1 Small
13. All-purpose flour- 1 cup
14. Water

Equipment

1. Round tin- 7 inches
2. Cooking pan

Method

1. Take 2 tsp of curd add in garlic paste, 1tsp of paprika, and salt as per taste, mix them well and cover the chicken with this marinate and let it rest for ½ hour.
2. Now take 1 cup of all-purpose of flour and 1 tsp of butter, and salt, mix it well and add ¼ cup of water and make a soft dough out of it.
3. Divide the dough in two equal parts, now roll the dough thinly, then spread 1 tsp of butter then give it folds as shown in the video.
4. Repeat the same process with the other part of the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for ½ hour.
5. Take a pan add some oil and sear chicken Brest thoroughly (as shown in the video) for 10 minutes.
6. After 10 minutes remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest in a plate.

7. In the same pan put 1 tsp of olive oil/butter and add 1 small onion, sauté it until the onion becomes translucent and add, then add the shredded chicken Brest and add some crushed black pepper on it, then turn the stove off and add cream cheese, cottage cheese, 2 eggs and mix well as shown in the video and now your filling is ready.

8. Now take out the refrigerated pastry dough out and role it up to ¼ inches thickness and place the sheet in a round tin (7 inches) and fill it with the chicken filling then take another rolled sheet and use it to cover the pastry (as shown in the video).

9. Now bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 Celsius for about 40- 45 minutes.

10. After you take it out place some forks under the pastry and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it (as shown in the video).

11. After 5 minutes you can slice it in any shape and size as you want and serve hot.
