Chicken & rice casserole EASY#recipe


Today, I need an easy one-pan baked meal. Chicken and rice it is! The added vegetables make this a great chicken casserole dinner.

INGREDIENTS
3 boneless skinless chicken breast (thawed)
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 cup long grain rice (rinsed)
12 oz bag mixed veggies (thawed)
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
4 Tbsp unsalted butter (for baking dish)
9×13 baking dish
Bake at 375 °F covered for 45 to 50 minutes
remove from oven and set for 10 more minutes
