Chicken Sandwich
Method:-
1. In a pan add 2 tbs of oil & let it heat
2. Add 150 gm of Boneless Chicken
(Cut into small pieces)
3. Fry it for 6 – 8 mins on medium flame till it is cooked
4. Add Pepper powder & Salt to taste & Mix
5. Once the chicken is cooked add 2 tsb of Thai Sweet
chilly sauce or Any sauce of your choice& Mix
6. Sauté it for 1 minute & keep it aside
7. Lets fry some veggies, in the same pan add 2 tbs of oil
8. Add 1 finely sliced Onion, half finely sliced
Green & Red Capsicum & Mix
9. Fry the veggies for 4 mins & then add Spring onions
10. Once done, Keep it aside
11. In a bowl, add the cooked chicken, veggies, 4 tbs of
Mayonnaise, 1 tbs of Green chilly sauce & 1 tbs of Tomato sauce & Mix
12. And the filling is ready
13. Take a bread & spread the Chicken mix on it & put another
bread on it
14. Repeat the same for rest of the bread pieces
15. If you like you can even add sliced Tomatoes, Cucumber & Lettuce
16. In a pan add 1 tbs of oil & let it heat.
17. Place the Sandwich & cook it till it turns Golden brown
from both sides
18. And Your Dish is Ready!!!!!!!
