½ cup Oil
1 cup Yoghurt
1 Tbsp ginger Chopped
4-5 Kashmiri chillies whole
¼ cup Almond paste (Blanch and peel almonds and grind to a fine paste)
1 tbsp. Cumin seeds
1 tbsp. Coriander powder
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup Onions, chopped
2 Dry bay leaf
2 Large cardamom pods
1 tsp. Saffron
3-4 Green onions ( bulb and springs)
Salt, to taste
Green onion and Ginger Jullienne for garnish
