Shahi Seekh Kabab/Chicken Seekh kababs are awesome with crispy crust and tender from inside. These Kababs are made with ground chicken and flavored with herbs and spices.
Traditionally kababs are made with lamb meat, but this could be prepared with chicken meat, they are light, low in fat and taste as good as lamb kababs.This could be served as appetizer and as a main course with green chutney.
Homemade kababs are much tastier than restaurant. Shahi Seekh kabab aren’t much harder to make. It is soft, Tender and mouth-watering recipe.

Ingredients:
To grind: (give a quick pulse &extract all excess water)
Onion – 1 small chopped
Garlic – 4 pods
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chillies – 4
To marinade:
Minced chicken – 350 gms
Cilantro – few chopped
Mint – few chopped
Chilli powder – 1 ½ tsps.
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Note:
1.Wooden Skewers – before use it, soak in water for 30 minutes and apply oil on it
2.Dip hand in the cold water before you start making kababs
For Green Chutney:
Cilantro – one handful
Mint – few
Green chillies – 2 nos
Curd – 1 ½ tbsps.
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
