Chicken Shami breakfast Sandwich
Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Mon salwa chicken shami kabab as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Anday (Eggs) 3-4
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Bread slices 2 large
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Cheese 1-2 slices

Directions:
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry chicken shami kababs on medium flame from both sides until golden brown & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder,whisk well & set aside.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil & pour whisked eggs and spread evenly.
-Place bread slices,flip and cook on low flame for a minute then flip again and fold two opposite sides.
-Turn off the flame,place chicken shami kabab,press & spread with fork.
-Add onion,tomato,green chilli,fresh coriander and cheese slice and flip the other bread slice over it,press gently & cook on low flame until cheese melts.
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken shami kabab ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur pheetay hoye anday dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Bread slices dal ker flip ker lein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein phir do opposite sides ko fold ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,chicken shami kabab rakh ker fork ki madad sa press ker ka pheela lein.
-Pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,hara dhania aur cheese slices dal dein aur bread slice ko flip ker lein aur halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
