Try this easy chicken shami kebab recipe at home using the following ingredients and method below:-
In a kadahi, add 250 gm of boneless chicken,one medium size onion cut into 4 equal halves, one onion cut into 4 equal halves, 4 dry red chillies, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 cup of soaked chana dal, 750 ml of water and half tbsp of salt. let it boil and allow the water to dry completely. Now let the mixture cool completely and grind the mixture in batches. Once it is done, add 1 egg, 1 tbsp of curd, some chopped coriander leaves, garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp and 1/2tbsp of red chilli powder. You can also add some chopped green chillies into it. Mix all ingredients well.
Now give the mixture shape of kebabs by greasing palm with some refine oil.Let it set in refrigerator for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, kebabs are ready to shallow fry.
Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of oil in it. Shallow fry the kebabs for 1 minute on each side.
Chicken shami kebabs are ready to serve.
