some amount of chicken liver /if you like to add
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 medium red onion..
mayonnaise
1 fresh egg
lemon or kalamansi
fresh or dried siling labuyo/chili
2 tbsp butter
water for boiling the meat or just skip my method..
