Ingredients
For Chicken Stock
Chicken pieces, Water, Corns, Carrot, Garlic cloves, Onion

For Soup
Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilly, Olive oil or any oil, boiled chicken, chicken stock, boiled corns, salt, pepper, lemon juice, 1 egg, 3 tbsp corn flour

Method
First we will make chicken stock
1) Add water to the cooker and add 3 cloves, 1 medium onion roughly chopped, 1 carrot roughly chopped, half cup corns and chicken pieces.
2) you can use any quantity of chicken piece but prefer chicken with bone
3) after adding chicken, close the lid and cook at high flame until 1 whistle
4) reduce the flame after 1 whistle and cook for 10 more mins
5) after the steam is released, open the lid and check if chicken is cooked.
6) now strain the chicken stock with the help of strainer and seperate chicken pieces and corns
7) using a hand masher, mash the ingredients and discard unwanted particles
8)Chicken stock is ready now
Next we will prepare the soup
1) take a pan and 2 tsp of olive oil
2) add chopped ginger, cloves and chilly and mix well
3) Next add corns and boiled chicken to the same
4) Once it is mixed properly, add chicken stock as per your required soup
5) Boil the same and add a beaten egg
6) stir continously while adding egg and next add cornflour slurry
7) boil the soup for another 5 mins and add salt, pepper and lemon juice
8) Garnish with coriander, boiled chicken and lemon slices and serve hot.
