INGREDIENTS:
Saute Mushroom with a little butter and set aside
200 grams mushrooms
50 grams butter
Seaon with salt and pepper and dredge in flour, and pan sear
500 grams chicken breast, pounded
salt and pepper to taste
Add Chicken stock, simmer chicken and put back the mushroom cook to thicken
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp black pepper
1/8 cup all purpose cream
