Chicken Stew —
— Ingredients —
* Oil as Required
* Boiled Cubed Chicken – 2 cups
* Sliced onions – 1 1/2 cups
* Diced Carrots – 1 cup
* Salt as required
* 1 green chilli Sliced – As required
* Milk – 1 cup
* Cloves – 3
* Cinnamon Sticks – 2
* Fennel seeds – 2
* Coconut Milk – 1 1/2 cups
— Steps —
Chicken Marination
* Add Oil as Required
* Add in Diced, Boiled Chicken
* Salt as Required
* Fry for 5 minutes
Making the Gravy
* Add some oil for frying. Add in Sliced Onions 1 1/2 cups.
* Add in Diced Carrots – 1 cup and Salt as required
* Mix the Marinated chicken with Gravy.
* Add in Spices like Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks, Fennel seeds to it.
* Mix Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cups to the mix.
* Cook for 10 minutes.
* Serve Hot
