In this chicken sticks recipe the boneless chicken is dipped in a flavorful batter seasoned with spices and deep fried coated in potato or french fries .

The potato chicken sticks are a great snack for kids lunchboxes, party snacks / appetizer that can be served in parties and in family gatherings.
The chicken sticks can be served with any dips like barbecue sauce, spicy ranch , yoghurt dips , green chutney etc.

INGREDIENTS :

Boneless Chicken – 500 gms
Potato – 1 large cut into small pieces
Eggs -2
Maida – 1 cup
Maize flour ( makai ka ata ) -1/2 cup
Mustard paste – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Onion Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

METHOD:
1. Make a batter by adding all the ingredients .
2. Fry the potato pieces in hot oil for a minute and remove.
3. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter , roll in the potato cubes and deep fry.
4. Serve hot with your favourite dip and enjoy .
