Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
1 1/2 Onion
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1 tsp Biryani Masala
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Water
Method:
– In a mixer grinder add onion, coriander leaves & water. Grind everything to a smooth paste. Keep this paste aside.
– In a large bowl add chicken. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic crush, mix masala, biryani masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves & the masala paste.
– In a frying pan heat butter and oil.
– Once the butter melts, add the marinated chicken.
– Then add little water and mix well.
– Cover it with a lid and let the chicken cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
– Garnish it with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
– Chicken Sukka is ready to plate.
