Chicken Takatak/ Murg Takatak as the name suggests is made from chicken. while Takatak is added because of the style of cooking. There is one spoon called tabeta or ulatni like a flat spatula but with a slight edge. this spoon is used continuously during the cooking of Murg Takatak to crumble the chicken. And also the sound while using this spoon is tak tak takatak.
Chicken Takatak Ingredients –
(Serves – 2 People)

1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Nutmeg (grated)
1 Blade Mace
1:51 – To Cook Chicken
4 tbsp Oil
2 Chicken Legs (boneless & diced)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3-4 Green Chillies (diced)
1/4 cup Tomatoes (deseeded & diced)
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Coriander leaves
Salt
