CHICKEN TERIYAKI | Easy and tasty CHICKEN TERIYAKI recipe | Japanese chicken recipes

Ingredients:

Chicken – 250 gms
Soy sauce – 2 tbsps
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsps
Sliced Ginger- 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
Chopped green onions- 2 tbsps
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Corn starch- 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsps

Procedure:

Step one is to prepare the sauce. Take a bowl and add soy sauce sugar honey vinegar sliced Ginger chopped garlic chopped green onions to it and mix it well. Set this sauce aside while we fry the chicken.

Before frying the chicken add salt and cornstarch to it. Coat the chicken with the cornstarch to make it a little crispy.

Fry the chicken on pan adding little oil. Once the chicken is brown on both sides, add the sauce that we made earlier.

Cook this untill the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.

Turn off the flame and take it into a serving plate and garnish it with sesame seeds and green onions.
