INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp oil
2-3 cloves
2 green cardamom / hari illaichi
1 black cardamom / kali illachi
A cinnamon stick / dalchini
A bay leaf / tejpatta
1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds / dhania
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed / paste
1/2 cup brown/fried onion paste/puree
Salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Water as required
1 cup raw tomato puree (of about 4-5 tomatoes)
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp dry roasted fenugreek leaves/methi
3-4 tbsp fresh cream
