1 1/2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
Salt and black pepper
1/2 onion, diced
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 can (15-ounces) of tomato sauce
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
Basmati rice
Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

– First, in a large pan, line with canola oil
– Then add your chicken breast pieces
– And season with salt and pepper
– Mix everything together while cooking
– Now add in your diced onions
– Followed by your tomato paste
– You can now add your minced garlic
– And now add your grated ginger
– Now you will be adding your spices
– First add your garam masala
– Followed by your chili powder
– And then your curry powder
– Now add your tomato sauce to the pan
– Followed by your chicken stock
– Add your heavy cream to the pan
– Cook until you’ve reached the desired texture
– Serve with a side of basmati rice and fresh cilantro leaves
– Your chicken tikka masala is now ready to eat!
