pasta : 2 and 1/2 cups
Oil : 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Tomato puree : 200 grams (store bought)
Kasuri methi : 1 tea spoon
Fresh cream/malai : 1/4 cup

For marination :
boneless chicken : 200 grams
curd/yogurt : 2 table spoons
chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
coriander powder : 1 and 1/2 tea spoons
Cumin powder : 1 tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon
Salt : 1 tea spoon
