Hi friends,
I was tempted to have Chiken Tikkas from a while. So I thought of making it and sharing the video with you all.
To all the non-vegetarians, Chicken Tikka is one of the most favourite dishes.
So, take a look at how to make this recipe in a Simple and healthy style.
The marinade sauce that i have used is made up of all the ingredients that are very easily available at home.
The word ‘Tikka’ means pieces or bits.
I have taken chicken breast (500gm ) and cut it into Tikkas of equal size.

It is very important for the chicken to get marinated into the spices and curd mixture for a long time.
That makes chicken pieces tender and succulent.
The more the chicken is marinated, the tastier the Tikkas become. The best is to freeze it overnight( not more than 8 hours).
But if you don’t have patience, then 3 hours is also good time for the juices to get infused?

For the roasting, I have used metal skewers. I had purchased this from a small shop on the Mumbai-Pune highway.
If you dont have ,then there are multiple options to buy them online.

The chicken Tikkas get roasted and cooked in 6 to 8 minutes. Serve them hot and quench the hunger for Chicken Tikkas.
