Chicken Tikka Samosa – Frozen Samosa Recipe – Flower shaped Samosa

Today we learn How to make Chicken Tikka Samosa in Flower Shape.
Frozen Samosa – Recipes for Iftar – Iftar snacks – Recipes for Ramdan – Frozen Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Yogurt,
½ tsp Green Chili Paste,
½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
2 tbsp Oil,
2 tbsp Lemon Juice or Vinegar,
1 tsp Tikka Masala,
¼ tsp Salt,
1 Chicken Breast (cubes cut).

Method:
– Mix the above & marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.
– Turn on the flame & cook the chicken until tender.
– Shred the chicken & let it cools down.

For Dough:
2 cup flour,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Cumin,
2 tbsp Oil,

Method:
– Knead the dough using above ingredients & adding water gradually.
– Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
– Flat the dough with roller.
– Cut in small rounds.
– Put filling in center & close with another layer of dough.
– Design it with fork by leaving little space.
– Cut on the empty space.
– Close the ends as shown in video.
– Put them in a tray & then in freezer for 2 hour.
– Save them in zip lock bag once frozen.
– or fry at medium to low flame until golden crisp.
