Spice up your Ramzan with this delicious and crispy Chicken Vegetable Drumstick and let us know how it turned out. #ChickenVegetableDrumsticks #ChickenDrumsticks #IftarRecipes 0:00 0:14 Chicken Vegetable Drumsticks Preparation 0:59 Assembling 1:52 Recipe Card Chicken Vegetable Drumsticks Ingredients: Chicken (Boiled & shredded) 2 cups Potato (Boiled & mashed) 1/2 kg Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup Carrot (chopped) 1 cup Onion (chopped) 1 cup Green onion (chopped) 1 cup Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp Red Chili Fakes 1 tbsp Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp / to taste Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder 2 tsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Mustard Paste 1 tsp Beaten eggs (for coating) 3-4 Bread Crumbs as required Ice-Cream Sticks as required Water (for soaking) as required Oil (for frying) as required Directions: 1. In a bowl add chicken, potato, capsicum, carrot, green onion, onion, green chilies, chili flakes, black pepper, salt, red chili powder, soy sauce, lemon juice and mustard paste. Mix it well. 2. Now take the ice-cream sticks and soak them in water for 10-15 mins. 3. Now take chicken vegetable mixture and bind it on the soaked ice-cream sticks. 4. Now coat these drumsticks in beaten eggs and bread crumbs. Note: Can be frozen in an airtight box in for 2 weeks. 5. Now fry Chicken Vegetable Drumsticks until it golden brown. Prep time: 25-30 mins Cooking time: 30 mins (including veggies boiling time) Servings: 5-6
