Chicken with Broccoli and Bok Choy | Asian Recipe | Better than take out


Welcome to our Kitchen, this is Dash of Spices. Today, I am showing you a very delicious, tasty and super healthy recipe that is better than take out food. The sauce is cream, light and super tasty. This is very easy to make and I can assure you all of the ingredients used on this recipe, you can buy at the local supermarket doesn’t have to be Asian Market. All the ingredients I used on this video were bought from fry’s, and nope this is not sponsored by Fry’s. The bok choy I used here is Organic Baby bok choy which can be found by the organic corner at Fry’s supermarket. When you buy bok choy, make sure you cook it the same day you bought it or within 3 days of purchase. That is just a tips I learned back home and we don’t let our vegetable sit in our fridge for a long time. We cook them right away.

Ingredients:
Marinated Chicken (see marinade ingredients below)
1 stalk of Broccoli
2 stalks of Baby Bok Choy
3 garlic cloves (diced)
1/2 Medium size Onion (chopped)
1/2 Medium size Red bell pepper (chopped)
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch (mix with 2 tbsp water)
1/2 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 cup Chicken stock
Salt and Ground white Pepper (to taste)

Marinade:
1 1/2 lb chicken breast (bite sized)
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of Garlic powder
Dash of Salt
Dash of Ground white pepper (you can use black pepper)

**Make sure to marinate the chicken at least 30 minutes.
