Ingredients:
Chicken slice-400 gm
Soy sauce-1 tbsp
Vinegar-2 tbsp
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Ginger paste-1 tsp
Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped carrots-100 gm
Chopped mushrooms-100 gm
Chopped onion-50 gm
Chopped garlic-1 tbsp
Chopped green chili-1 or 2 tbsp
Dried red chili-4 pc
Chili sauce-1 tbsp
Tomato sauce-2/3 tbsp
Corn flower+water=1+2/3 tbsp
White pepper-1/2 tsp
