Spinach – 1 small bunch (finely chopped)
Oil – 3 tsps
Butter – 2 tsps
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cloves – 4
Star anise – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tsps
Onion – 1 large size ( thinly sliced)
Tomatoes – 2 medium size (chopped)
Curry Leaves – 1 string
Salt – 2 tsps (as per taste)
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsps
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
