Ingredients:-
Chicken-500 gram
Refined oil- 100 ml
Ginger paste- 2 table spoon
Garlic paste – 1 and a half tea spoon
Red chilli powder- 1 tea spoon ?
Kashmiri red chili powder- 2 tea spoon ?
Maida 1 spoon
Cornflour- 2 spoon
Spring onion ?
Capsicum
Chili sauce – 1table spoon
Red chilli sauce- 2 tea spoon
Soya sauce- 4 tea spoon
Green chilli ?
Salt – as your taste
Onion cut into pieces
Vinegar
Black pepper powder
Egg
How to cook
First mix all the Ingredients like soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, maida, egg, cornflour with the chicken. Atleast half an hour of rest needed.Take a pan give some oil. Fry all chicken pieces like chicken pakoda. Add onion cubes, Capsicum cubes and small green chilli into it. Then add more soya sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Add some salt, black pepper powder .Fry it. Add some cornflour mix with some water. Cook for some minutes. Add some water. Then add all chicken pakoda into it. Just mix it and cook for 2 minutes. It is ready now
