This is one of our favourite Indo Chinese recipe which is served in most of the restaurants and street food stalls. The colour and flavours of the veggies really come out very well along with deep fried beef.
Ingredients :
For frying beef ;
Beef – 500 grams
Salt – 1.5 tsp salt
Chilly Powder – 1.5 tsp
Corn Flour – 2.5 tsp
Oil – to fry
For Sauce
Kashmiri Chilly Powder – 1.5 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
Chopped Ginger – 2 tsp
Diced Onion – 1/2 cup
Diced Red Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Diced Red and Yellow Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Salt – 1.5 tsp
Water – 4 tsp
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion – to garnish.
