To marinate
Boneless chicken – 500 gms
chilli powder – 1 tsp
pepper – 3/4 tsp
salt – 1 tsp (adjust as per taste)
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Water – 4 tbsp
Oil – for frying
For the sauce
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1-2
Onions diced – 1
Capsicum diced – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce (red or green) – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp (mix with 4 tbsp of water)
