Chilli Chicken Recipe | Restaurant style Chilli Chicken | Spicy Chilli Chicken
Recipe:
1. Cut boneless chicken into cubes. Adjust your spices according to your quantity. This recipe used 2 lbs of boneless chicken breast.
2. Marinate the boneless chicken with the following ingredients:
Namak (salt) 1 tbsp
Maida (all-purpose flour) 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) 1 tbsp
Lasan paste (garlic paste) 1 tbsp
Anda (eggs) 2
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mix the marinade and set it aside for 30 mins.
3. Fry the marinated chicken in separate batches until golden brown on medium-high flame and then set it aside.
4. Take another pan and add 2 tbsp oil on high flame. Followed by 2 cloves of garlic chopped, 1 stalk of chopped green onions, and 1 large-sized cubed onion. Fry the mixture for 1 minute. Then, add 1/2 cup cubed mixed bell peppers and fry for another minute. Next, add 1 tbsp white vinegar, 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup, 3 sliced green chillies, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Give it a good stir and add the prepared chicken, reduce the heat to medium.
5. Mix 1 tbsp of cornflour with 2 tbsp of water in a separate bowl and add it to the chilli chicken.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
