Item Description : Chilly Chicken From Phataphat Food Recipes
Preparation Time : 5 Mins
Ingredients:
1. Chicken :½ Kg
2. Turmeric Powder :1T.spoon
3. Salt :1T.spoon
4. Onion : 1Pc( Finely Chopped)
5. Coriander leaves : 3 Pc (Finely Chopped)
6. Curry Leaves : 5 Pc(Finely Chopped)
7. Mint Leaves: 5Pc(Finely Chopped)
8. Green Chilly : 2Pc(Finely Chopped)
9. Garlic :2 Pc(Finely Chopped)
10. Oil : 2 T.spoon
11. Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 T.spoon
12. Water : ½ Glass
13. Soya Sauce :1 T.spoon
14. Tomato Sauce : 1 T.spoon
15. Corn Flour : ½T.spoon
16. Pepper Powder : ½T.spoon
Procedure:
Boil the ½ kg chicken with 1 t.spoon of Turmeric powder 1 t.spoon salt and ½ glass of water until one whistle. Now Take one pan and put 2 t.spoon of oil and add 1t.spoon of ginger garlic paste then similarly add Coriander leaves : 3 Pc (Finely Chopped), Curry Leaves : 5 Pc(Finely Chopped), Mint Leaves: 5Pc(Finely Chopped), Green Chilly : 2Pc(Finely Chopped), Garlic :2 Pc(Finely Chopped) fry till 1 minute and now add onion 1Pc( Finely Chopped) and fry till raw smell goes off. Now add the boiled chicken into the pan and mix it well for 2 minutes. Now take the left out water of boiled chicken and mix1 t.spoon of Soya Sauce 1 t.spoon of Tomato sauce and ½ t.spoon of corn flour into it and add the mixture of gravy in the chicken and then sprinkle ½ t.spoon of Pepper powder to it and cook well for 5 minutes. And here’s your Chilly Chicken ready to taste.
