How to make Chittinad Chicken Masala
Country Chicken -1kg
Chettinad Masala Preparation
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds – 2 tbsp
Anise Seeds – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper -1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds -1/2 tbsp
Dry Red Chill- 8 Nos
Curry leaves little bit
all above ingredients fry medium heat on 5 five minutes
after reduce heat and grind with water as paste.
Gravy Preparation
Oil – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon
Clove
Small Onion – 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 3 chopped
Add chicken in this time
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Add Chettinad Masala paste
Required water
Finally Coriander leaves.
Ready for serve Chettinad Country Chicken Masala
