1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate milk
1 stick butter
1 chocolate pudding cup
1 can (21 oz.) of cherry pie filling
Pinch of salt, dash of cinnamon, splash of vanilla
Set oven to 200 degrees. In this low oven, melt butter in 9 x 13″ pan.
Mix flour, sugar, milk and chocolate pudding. Add cinnamon, salt & vanilla. Stir well, but don’t whip or overmix batter.
When butter is melted, remove from low oven and set oven to 350 degrees.
Pour batter gently on top of melted butter. DO NOT STIR.
Pour/spoon cherry pie filling on top of batter. Spoon & swirl gently. DO NOT MIX.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool in oven.
Cool to room temperature or serve warm.
