Triple Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie, Do I need to add anything more?
This is the dessert you’ve been dreaming for. But couldn’t really remember about after waking up, just that it felt like being on cloud nine!!
Also widely known as a pizookie (You must be asking, what is a pizookie and why that name?);
“Cinnamon Toast Crunch, cookies, and pizza have merged into one bonkers dessert. Its a pizza-cookie hybrid dessert known as the Pizookie—which in its purest form is a large cookie served in a deep-dish pizza pan and topped with ice cream.”- accurately explained by someone.
This recipe for pizookie combines three types of chocolate, creating a dessert that exerts pure bliss in every bite!!
Ingredients
3/4 cup(170 grams) melted butter
1/2 cup (100 grams) brown sugar
1/4th cup (50 grams)white sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups (240 grams) maida
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Dark chocolate
1/3 cup Milk Chocolate
1/3 cup white Chocolate
