CHOCOLATE CUSTARD PUDDING | 3 LAYERED – CHOCOLATE CUSTARD PUDDING | EASY DESSERT RECIPE

?INGREDIENTS:

Biscuit layer:
Digestive biscuits – 28
Melted butter – 2 tbsp.

Custard layer:
Custard powder – 4 tbsp.
Sugar – 1/4 cup (50g)
Milk – 670ml

Chocolate layer:
Corn flour – 1/4 cup (50g)
Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp.
Sugar – 1/4 cup (50g)
Milk – 240ml
Heavy cream – 250ml

METHOD:

1. Take the digestive biscuits & break them into small pieces.
2. Blend until it turns to crumbs.
3. Add it into a bowl & add melted butter.
4. Mix and add it to the mould
5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
6. Add custard powder, sugar & milk to the cooking pot.
7. Cook until thicken.
8. Let it cool down & pour over the biscuit layer.
9. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
10. Add cocoa powder, sugar, corn flour, milk & heavy cream to the cooking pot.
11. Cook until thicken.
12. Let it cool down & pour over the custard layer.
13. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
14. Enjoy!?
