Chocolate Peanut Square
So easy… make these kind of desserts for the festive season.. this Diwali will be delicious I promise you
Ingredients :
200 gm peanuts (dry roast until it gets golden-brown colour and then crush it)
100 gm digestive biscuit powder
Salt as per taste
50-60 gm condensed milk
2 tbs honey
150 gm dark/milk chocolate

Method :
Take a mixing bowl, add 200 gm peanuts (dry roast until it gets golden-brown colour and then crush it)
Add 100 gm digestive biscuit powder
Add salt as per taste
Add 50-60 gm condensed milk(alternatively add 100 gm jaggery boiled with water)
Add 2 tbs honey(for binding peanuts and biscuits – to avoid honey you can add more 2 tbs condensed milk/some more jaggery) and mix it well for 5-7 mins.
Further take a baking tray, place a parchment paper on it.
Put mixture on it, spread it making a thick layer of approx 1 inch and keep the tray into the refrigerator to set.
Then take 150 gm dark/milk chocolate in a bowl and melt it in oven/on stove with double boiler process and stir it well.
Remove the tray from refrigerator, pour half melted chocolate on it, spread it over making a thick layer.
Keep it in the freezer for 5 mins and then remove it.
Further take another baking tray, place a cling film on it, put chocolate – peanut bar on it keeping the peanut side up.
Then pour remaining melted chocolate on it and spread it and again keep it in the freezer for 5-10 mins.
Remove the tray from freezer and cut the bar into square shape pieces.
Put white melted chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle it on all pieces.
Take some peanuts, mix it with edible gold dust and put one peanut on each chocolate bar.
Take it on a serving plate and enjoy your Yummilicious Dessert Chocolate Peanut Square!!!
