Cholistani Chicken Kadhai is one of the most famous food from streets of Karachi. It is so quick and easy to make but the flavors are bursting.
Too much use of ghee but you cannot compromise with that if you want to make it exactly like the Authentic Karahi, only thing you can do is that you can jus remove the extra ghee later once the dish is ready.
Just a highlight always use the fresh Yoghurt so that your gravy doesn’t become sour.
Ingredients:
Chicken – 800gms
Tomato – 250 – 300gms
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Fresh Yoghurt / Dahi – 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp
Green chilli’s – 6
Chilli pwdr – 1tbsp
Cumin ( Jeera )pwdr – 1tsp
Coriander pwdr ( Dhania )- 1tbsp
Garam Masala – 1tbsp
Pepper pwdr – 1tsp
Ginger – for garnishing
