Ingredients:
45g Proteus Nutrition Banana Cream Pie WHEY Protein Powder
250g Greek Yoghurt
30g Banana (sliced)
5g Walnuts (chopped)
5g Cacao Nibs
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine greek yoghurt and Proteus Nutrition Banana Cream Pie WHEY Protein Powder, folding until smooth and free of clumps.
2. Line a tray with baking paper. Pour yoghurt onto tray and spread evenly.
3. Add sliced bananas, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cacao nibs.
4. Cover tray with cling wrap or aluminium foil and freeze for at least 8 hours, or overnight for best results.
5. Chop yoghurt slab into smaller pieces, and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
