Citrus Banana Smoothie/Healthy Drink/Quick Snack
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Mandarin Orange
3 tbsp. plain yoghurt
5 tbsp. water
Materials:
Blender,cup,spoon
Procedure:
1. Peel the banana, break in pieces, and put in the blender.
2. Peel the orange and segment it. Remove the seeds if needed and put them inside the blender.
3. Add 3 tbsp. of plain yogurt and 5 tbsp. of water.
4.Blend the ingredients together and pour the smoothie on the glass.
Enjoy and drink the smoothie!
