Here’s the recipe:
CLEMENTINE MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Cointreau
5 oz. (150ml) Prosecco
3 oz. (90ml) Fresh Squeezed Clementine Juice

PREPARATION
1. In an iced filled glass combine vodka, cointreau and freshly squeezed juice. Shake well to mix.
2. Pour mix halfway into serving glass and top with prosecco.
3. Garnish with a clementine slice. Enjoy responsibly!
