Here are the ingredients:
Chicken- 500grams (bone or boneless)
Coconut- 2 slices
Almond-10 (soaked and peeled)
Tomato-1 Medium Size
Onion- 1 Medium Size
Curry Leaves- As per your need
Coriander- Little to garnish
Poppy Seeds- 1Tbsp
Seseme Seeds-2 Tbsp
Green Chillies- 4 medium (Can increase/decrease as needed)
Curd/Yogurt- 1/4 cup
Garlic Paste- 1Tbsp
Ginger Paste-1 Tsp
Oil- 1/4 Cup
Mustard Seeds- 1/2 Tsp
Special Ingredient – Paneer (Cottage Cheese) slightly yellowish liquid that gets leftover when you make cottage cheese – 1/4 cup
Spices:
Red Chilli Powder- 2Tbsp (Can increase/decrease as needed)
Coriander Powder- 1Tbsp
Cumin Powder-1Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder- 1Tsp
Salt- 1 Tbsp (Can increase/decrease as needed)
Turmeric- 1/4 Tsp
Coconut Almond Paste:
Make a paste using soaked almonds, coconut, poppy and sesame seeds.
