caramel coffee banana smoothie ✨?
here’s one of my all time favourite
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen cauliflower florets (optional)
1 espresso shot
1/2 cup cubed ice
20g salted caramel vegan protein powder
1 teaspoon psyllium husk (optional)
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum – this is optional but honestly helps for a creamier (not icy), thick fluffy texture ✨
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. blend for 2-3 minutes, starting on medium high speed (5-6) then moving to (8-9) using a tamper or until thick, creamy & smooth.
pour/scoop into ur fave glass or bowl, top with toppings if you’d like, sip & enjoy!
